At E3Threads, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping within Sweden
We offer standard and express delivery options.

  • Standard shipping: 1–5 business days

 

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow 5–12 business days for international orders. Customs fees may apply depending on your country.

 

Shipping Costs
Enjoy free worldwide shipping. Please note that orders delivered outside the EU may incur import duties or local taxes. 

 

Delays
Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays, customs clearance, or unexpected delays. We’ll keep you updated along the way.

Return & Exchange Policy

At E3Threads, we want you to love every item you purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

 

EU Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

To request a return, please email us at info@e3threads.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.

International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for return packaging (including original packaging and hangtags), shipping costs, and any applicable customs duties. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements may result in a partial refund or no refund.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges (subject to availability. Location determines if shipping fee will be applicable or not). Just let us know your order number and what you’d like to exchange for.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • Underwear or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)
