Shipping within Sweden
Standard delivery: 1–5 business days
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location and typically take 5–12 business days. Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country.
Shipping Costs
We offer free worldwide shipping. Please note that orders outside the EU may be subject to local duties or taxes.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every item you purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
EU Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
To request a return, please use our Return Request form or email info@e3threads.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping, packaging, and any applicable customs duties. Items must be returned in original condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined or partially refunded.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges subject to availability. Shipping fees may apply depending on your location.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
